Annual Parish Meeting

The Annual Parish Meeting was held in the Village Hall on Wednesday 28th 2008, the informal meeting was attended by approximately 20 people who heard reports from various organisations in the parish about activities during the past 12 months and future plans. Organisations represented included the cricket & football clubs; All Saints Church; East Anglian Railway Museum and the Community Speedwatch Co-ordinator.

Special thanks goes to Sue Stratford who looked after everybody with tea and coffee after the meeting had finished and to Valerie Burrows who designed an excellent flyer that was hand delivered to all houses in the village.

This was the first meeting and following positive feedback will be repeated next year.
