Please be advised that having consulted their Legal Services, Colchester Borough Council  have decided to temporarily invalidate the planning application so that certain matters can be clarified.   A re-consultation (with 21-days to comment) will be issued once matters of validation have been dealt with.  Note that all those who have thus far commented (in writing) need not comment further as their objections/comments will still be valid unless they wish to add additional information.
